Vice President - Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer - Graham Capital Company

Bill is the Vice President – Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer of Graham Capital. In this role, Bill provides strategic and operational leadership of the Human Resources and Human Capital Planning functions for operating businesses that are members of The Graham Group, including Graham Engineering, Graham Architectural Products and Continental Glass Systems, LLC. As Senior HR Operating Partner, Bill also plays a leadership role related to human resources and talent management issues, as well as initiatives and projects for portfolio companies of certain of The Graham Group’s investment management members, including Graham Capital, Graham Partners, Inverness Graham and Striker Partners.

Bill has over 30 years of experience in human resources management and human capital leadership. Prior to joining Graham, he served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at New World Pasta, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ebro Puleva Grupo. Prior to joining New World Pasta, Bill spent most of his career as Vice President of Human Resources and CHRO for the Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co., a diversified privately held company with multiple operating businesses in the consumer products manufacturing, radio broadcasting, cable communications, internet and real estate industries.

Bill received his B.S. in Management & Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University and holds an M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Human Resources Management from LaSalle University. He is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Bill serves on the board of directors of WellSpan Population Health Services and WellSpan Provider Network, an integrated healthcare system serving communities in central Pennsylvania. He also serves on the board of The Appell Center for the Performing Arts, as well as on the advisory boards of the Graham Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at Penn State University, the Susan P. Byrnes Health Education Center in York and the New Birth of Freedom Council, Boy Scouts of America.
