Bill Scott
Vice President Human Resources & Chief Human Resources Officer

Bill is the Vice President Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer of The Graham Group in York, PA. In this role, Bill provides strategic and operational leadership of the Human Resources and Human Capital Planning functions for the group’s businesses in York, PA, including Graham Capital Company, Graham Engineering Corporation and Graham Architectural Products Corporation. Bill also advises the group’s investment firms in Philadelphia, including Graham Partners, Inverness Graham and Striker Partners, on human resources and talent management issues, initiatives and projects for their portfolio companies.

Bill has over 25 years experience in human resources and financial and operations management. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at New World Pasta, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ebro Puleva Grupo. Prior to joining New World Pasta, Bill spent most of his career as Vice President of Human Resources and CHRO for the Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co., a diversified privately held company with multiple operating businesses in the consumer products manufacturing, radio broadcasting, cable communications, internet and real estate industries. With leadership responsibilities for the organization’s human resources management, Bill was involved in the planning and due diligence of acquisitions and divestiture transactions for Susquehanna throughout the US and in Canada and Mexico.

Bill received his B.S. in Management & Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University and holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Human Resources Management from LaSalle University. He is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Bill serves on the Board of Directors of WellSpan Health, an integrated healthcare system serving communities in York and Adams Counties, PA. He also serves on the Advisory Boards of the Susan P. Byrnes Health Education Center in York and the York-Adams Area Council, Boy Scouts of America.
