Prior to forming Inverness, Ken served as Senior Group Vice President for Global Business Development for Graham Packaging Company and as a member of GPC's Group Management Committee where he played a key role in acquisitions, divestitures, and financings totaling over $2 billion. Ken has served as Manager for Mackenzie, Hovey and Associates, a turnaround management consulting group; Director of Business Development for Superconducting Core Technologies, an early stage wireless communications company; and as a board member of several private investment firms.
Ken earned his BA from Dartmouth College and his MBA from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School of Business. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Burke Mountain Academy.
